  • Which scrub is best for my skin?
    Coffee Scrub - The original. Packed with super ingredients like caffeine & sea salt, which are perfect for targeting cellulite & stretch marks. It is suitable to treat acne, reduce redness and improve skin tone & texture.
    Suga Daddy Scrub - This super moisturizing, sugar-based scrub is perfect for normal & sensitive skin. Best known for helping reduce the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles, and aiding in the treating ingrown hairs, eczema & Keratosis Polaris (the little red spots on the back of your arms and legs), all while keeping your skin supple, firm and youthful.
    Coconut Delight - Get whisked away to a tropical paradise…without leaving your bathroom! Super hydrating and great for skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis, this scrub contains essential oils and sea salt to remove dead skin cells and clear away dirt & grime, leaving your skin feeling clean, fresh and oh-so smooth.
    Oats Oats Baby -Want to scrub, but need some love? This helps relieve dry, flaky and irritated skin, while stimulating the natural production of collagen, which aids in smoothing out stretch marks. Did we mention it also targets cellulite, stretch marks, acne, eczema & psoriasis?
  • How do I use your scrubs?
    Using our scrubs is easy breezy! .
    ! After showering, rinse your body so that it’s completely wet for a good 2 minutes.
    Turn off water.
    Grab two handfuls of your scrub and apply using circular motions, making sure to target problem areas.
    Once applied, leave the scrub on your body for at least 2-5 minutes ( 5 minutes for best results).
    Rinse well and enjoy your freshly exfoliated, smoother and glowing skin! Be sure to seal the bag tightly after use to maintain freshness.
  • What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
    99% of our users do not experience negative skin reactions when applying the scrub. However, we always recommend doing a patch test 24 hours before using the scrub on your body. If you have sensitive skin, and if irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
  • What is the shelf life of your scrubs?
    Unopened, our scrubs have a shelf life of up to 14 months. Once opened, they have a shelf life of 3 months. Make sure to keep your scrubs sealed and dry in between each use. Keep it out of your shower or any wet areas, preferably in a cupboard out of direct sunlight. To remove any coffee grinds from the seal, we recommend using a nail file or any thin object.
  • How soon will I see results?
    Most scrubbers see smoother, clearer skin after only one use, however, results may vary per person.
  • Is it safe to use your scrubs if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
    Avoid using coffee-based scrubs while pregnant, as caffeine enters your pores, which can be harmful. Post-pregnancy usage is always recommended. Breastfeeding mothers must consult their physician first before using scrubs.
  • Are your scrubs nut free?
    No, our scrubs contain almond oil, so if you have a nut allergy, we recommend that you do not use our scrubs.
  • Do you test on animals?
    Absolutely not! The only bodies our scrubs touch are of the human kind.
  • Do you ship your products to my country?
    We ship to almost all countries across the globe.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    We have two shipping options to choose from:
    Option 1: Free standard shipping with NO tracking number.
    Option 2: Paid shipping with tracking number, which is highly recommended. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and weight of the order. To inquire about your tracking number, please send an email to
  • What are the estimated time frames for packages?
    We are located in Australia. Once your order is received and successfully processed, we’ll ship your package within 24-48 hours. From there, delivery time will vary among countries. Customs clearance and efficiency of your local postal service can affect estimated delivery. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included as delivery days.

  • What courier company ships your orders?
    All orders within Australia are shipped using Australia Post. For all orders outside of Australia, we work with DHL Global Mail, which is not the same as DHL Express, so all delivery of packages is done by your local postal service.
  • Is a PO Box needed for orders made in the Middle East?
    For most of our customers in the Middle East, we do need a PO Box number to deliver your package successfully. If you send a package using a street address, it will be returned to the sender as undeliverable. Countries in the Middle East that accept ONLY PO Box addresses are Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Countries that can accept street addresses are Bahrain, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait and Lebanon.
  • What details need to be included on my shipping address?
    To avoid shipping and delivery delays, you must make sure to fill out your shipping address completely and correctly, including a house number, street name, city, postal code, country and contact number.
  • Do I have to pay customs fees?
    Some countries may charge customs fees for imported items. Unfortunately, we have no control over the customs policies of other countries.
  • Can I use a forwarding address?
    We do not recommend using a forwarding address as the shipping address. Most of the time, the customers do not get the package. Also, since we ship worldwide for FREE, a forwarding address is not necessary.
  • What are your accepted payment methods?
    We accept PayPal and most major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
